Parent pack and Information

We are commited to working with parents and carers and as such endeavour to work closely with you to ensure the best care for your child. Settling in sessions prior to starting will be arranged to suit you and your little one, as no two children are the same.

We do not have set sleep times so sleeping arrangements will be adjusted to suit your child. If a child sleeps through lunch or tea their food will be served when they awake.

You are asked to provide the following :- baby formula, nappies, nappy cream, sun cream, suitable clothing for the weather such as sun hats, wellies and warm coat plus spare clothes and lots of spare pants if your child is potty training. As we provide alot of'messy play' activities older clothes would be most suitable, so your little ones don't have to worry about getting dirty.

Our preferred method of payment is Direct Debit, although we do accept payment in cash or cheque. Fees are to be paid in advance either at the beginning of the week or month. Kylie (manager) will be available to discuss which method is most suitable for you. There will be a £10 surcharge for any cheques that are not honoured.

We have 'care and share' evenings for parents to come and have a chat with staff and other parents.

Holidays and opening hours: We are open 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday 51 weeks of the year except Bank Holidays and Christmas.

Fees will apply regardless of if your child attends or not.
